Es un tema interesante porque\u00a0parece que <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.es\/books?id=JWoFuosBflsC&amp;pg=PA86&amp;dq=regla+del+1%25\">ese 1%<\/a> no acaba de subir, por muy 2.0 o social que se ha haya vuelto la Web.<\/p>\n<p>Para tratar de que se inviertan los porcentajes, hay que dar el primer paso: entenderlo (o aceptarlo que dir\u00edan en algunas terapias). En este sentido he le\u00eddo \u00faltimamente dos escalas\u00a0que tambi\u00e9n tratan de poner etiquetas a los usuarios de Internet.\u00a0Las apunto brevemente:<\/p>\n<p>Por <a href=\"http:\/\/www.copyblogger.com\/content-response\/\" target=\"_blank\">Copyblogger<\/a> llego a <strong>9 respuestas de la gente al contenido online<\/strong>, en <a href=\"http:\/\/lateralaction.com\/articles\/9-responses\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lateral Action<\/a>. El orden es el siguiente: de menor a mayor valor y de m\u00e1s alto a m\u00e1s bajo factor de ignorancia.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Spam<\/strong>: el usuario cree que la informaci\u00f3n es in\u00fatil<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skip<\/strong>: el usuario cree que no se perder\u00e1 nada si no lo lee<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scan<\/strong>: el usuario cree que al menos alguna parte puede ser interesante de leer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stop<\/strong>: el usuario cree que hay algo relevante y se para a pensar sobre ello<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save<\/strong>:\u00a0el usuario cree que es tan bueno que quiere volver a leerlo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shift<\/strong>: el usuario se siente influenciado por lo que lee y cambia su punto de vista sobre las cosas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send<\/strong>: el usuario cree que puede ser \u00fatiles para su red de contactos y lo reenvia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spread<\/strong>: el usuario cree que ha de difundirlo p\u00fablicamente v\u00eda blog, twitt o red social<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subscribe<\/strong>:\u00a0el usuario cree que en el futuro leer\u00e1 m\u00e1s cosas interesantes y le\u00a0da un voto de confianza<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ivanpino.com\/hoja-de-ruta-para-futuros-gestores-de-comunidades-virtuales\/\" target=\"_blank\">Iv\u00e1n Pino<\/a> traduce de <a href=\"http:\/\/ross.typepad.com\/blog\/2006\/04\/power_law_of_pa.html\" target=\"_blank\">Ross Mayfield<\/a>\u00a0la <strong>Ley de la Participaci\u00f3n<\/strong> aplicada a Community managers. El orden es el siguiente: de inteligencia colectiva a colaborativa y de poca a mucha participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Leer<\/strong> (podr\u00eda ser el punto 4 anterior)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Marcar<\/strong> &#8211; a\u00f1adir a Favoritos (punto 5)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Etiquetar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Comentar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Suscribir<\/strong> (punto 9 )<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compartir<\/strong> (punto 8 )<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conectar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Escribir<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Editar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Colaborar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Moderar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.e-deusto.com\/libro\/tribus.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Liderar<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es l\u00f3gico que las escalas sean diferentes (la primera se detiene en la suscripci\u00f3n cuando la segunda contin\u00faa)\u00a0ya que el punto de partida es diferente.
