Una forma de empezarla es hablar en su mismo lenguaje: si nos dirigimos a abogados y escribimos como si fu\u00e9semos adolescentes lo m\u00e1s probable es que no nos tomen en serio. Y viceversa porque los j\u00f3venes tampoco se comunican con las mismas palabras que los adultos.<\/p>\n<p>Personalizar nuestra redacci\u00f3n para, por ejemplo, incluir abreviaturas o expresiones que s\u00f3lo una determinada franja de edad o sector concreto pueden comprender es v\u00e1lido \u00fanicamente en el caso de que nuestro producto o servicio sea tan espec\u00edfico como el lenguaje que usamos. No obstante, el castellano que llamar\u00edamos <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Lenguaje_llano\" target=\"_blank\">llano<\/a> (o <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plain_Language_Movement\" target=\"_blank\">plain language<\/a>) sirve para comunicarse con todos por lo que en el caso de querer respetar tanto el idioma como las caracter\u00edsticas del p\u00fablico, deber\u00edamos utilizarlo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Originalmente publicado en la <strong>newsletter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketingdecontenidos.es\">Marketing de contenidos<\/a>, n\u00famero 79 (13 de febrero de 2012)<\/strong>.
