Cercano al trabajo de la experiencia de usuario.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estrategia editorial<\/strong>: qu\u00e9 decir (mensajes, temas, puntos de  vista&#8230;), a qui\u00e9n y c\u00f3mo expresarlos.
