Las luces de ne\u00f3n de anta\u00f1o son ahora banners y las noticias en lugar de ser anunciadas a gritos de &#8216;Extra, extra&#8217; llegan a nuestros lectores de feeds o a la bandeja de entrada.<\/p>\n<p>Cientos de tiendas se pelean en la calle (Internet) por <strong>despertar el inter\u00e9s (I)<\/strong> del peat\u00f3n.\u00a0Pero no de todos en general, la calle tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 segmentada y cada escaparate (web) atrae a un tipo de peat\u00f3n (usuario). \u00c9ste puede tener una necesidad real o no, en cuyo caso habr\u00e1 que crearla. Entra en juego entonces el texto.<\/p>\n<p>El peat\u00f3n (usuario) entra en la tienda (web) y el dependiente (copy de la web) saca sus mejores argumentos de venta para <strong>p<\/strong><strong>rovocar el deseo (D)<\/strong>. Que si es lo \u00faltimo que le ha entrado en el almac\u00e9n, que si qu\u00e9 bien te sienta, que si sale bien de precio, que si da buen resultado&#8230; de la experiencia del vendedor depender\u00e1 encontrar la USP que quiere oir el futuro comprador.<\/p>\n<p>Con esa base, le ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil conseguir la <strong>acci\u00f3n (A)<\/strong>, es decir, a la compra. Si el dependiente hace bien su trabajo, al final del d\u00eda el peat\u00f3n estar\u00e1 feliz sin importarle realmente si al salir de casa esa ma\u00f1ana esperaba gastar algo o no.<\/p>\n<p>Del acr\u00f3nimo de atenci\u00f3n (A), inter\u00e9s (I), deseo (D) y acci\u00f3n (A), surge la t\u00e9cnica AIDA seg\u00fan la cual el usuario pasa por estas tres etapas antes de decidirse a actuar.\u00a0 Visto desde una perspectiva de contenidos digitales, el texto de una p\u00e1gina web es el que consigue que el usuario se decida, lo que provoca el deseo. \u00c9ste parece il\u00f3gico y caprichoso pero puede despertarse desde la racionalidad de un copy bien trabajado.
