Ya vimos entonces que hay varios tipos de fans: este post est\u00e1 inspirado en los <strong>fan\u00e1ticos investigadores de una marca<\/strong>, en concreto, en los que ponen a <a href=\"http:\/\/googlesystem.blogspot.com\/\">Google bajo el microscopio<\/a>. Gracias a ellos, los que somos simples seguidores nos enteramos de las novedades de la marca antes de que la propia empresa las comunique oficialmente.<\/p>\n<p>Dos ejemplos estos d\u00edas: 1\/ <strong>Google Punch<\/strong> fue descubierto en una presentaci\u00f3n de GDocs que nada ten\u00eda que ver con este posible nuevo tipo de documento, cocktail o lo que sea. Sale durante segundo en pantalla pero ya tiene cientos de p\u00e1ginas dedicadas a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.readwriteweb.es\/novedades\/google-punch-cocktail-explosivo-documentos\/\">tratar de averiguar qu\u00e9 es<\/a>. 2\/ <strong>Google GMail<\/strong> tiene posibles novedades en la rec\u00e1mara y ya est\u00e1n los fans <a href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\/2010\/07\/31\/new-gmail-screenshot\/\">sacando las diferencias<\/a> como si fuese un juego descubrir m\u00e1s que ning\u00fan otro.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras, en Google se deben estar frotando las manos del ruidillo que se genera a su alrededor. Quiz\u00e1 <strong>las pistas se escapan de manera intencionada <\/strong>s\u00ed, pero alguien  tiene que estar atento para recogerlas e interpretarlas. Eso es lo que  hacen los fan\u00e1ticos de Google (y de otras muchas marcas).<\/p>\n<p>Al final, no se sabe ya<strong> qui\u00e9n investiga a qui\u00e9n<\/strong>: \u00bflas empresas tratan de descubrir las reacciones de la gente antes de desarrollar los productos (ejemplo 1) o son los usuarios los que buscan desesperadamente las novedades de sus marcas favoritas (ejemplo 2)?<\/p>\n<p>Sea cual sea el caso, es evidente que Internet es el medio perfecto para hacer las dos cosas. Antes de los medios sociales, la investigaci\u00f3n de mercados era m\u00e1s artesanal.
