As\u00ed lo anunciaban tambi\u00e9n <a href=\"http:\/\/barcelona.crosstalent.org\/2010\/01\/08\/crosstalent-ix-genis-roca\/\">desde la organizaci\u00f3n<\/a> para el IX que se ha celebrado en Barcelona esta tarde: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rocasalvatella.com\">Gen\u00eds Roca<\/a> no ven\u00eda a dar una charla sino a escuchar nuestras opiniones sobre redes sociales en la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Y opiniones ha habido muchas (140 inscritos) pero ninguna (al menos las que he escuchado) ha conseguido dar argumentos suficientes como para negar el argumentario de Gen\u00eds. Seg\u00fan su planteamiento inicial, y aunque negase querer ser provocador, el tiempo m\u00ednimo que queda para que las redes sociales (y la digitalizaci\u00f3n en general) se consolide en las empresas y\u00a0se implante en los procesos internos\u00a0es de <strong>30 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0simplemente vista, y por el propio ambiente endog\u00e1mico en el que\u00a0debatimos,\u00a0parec\u00eda que Gen\u00eds estuviese equivocado pero haciendo n\u00fameros (pensando sobretodo en nuevas generaciones) tampoco est\u00e1 desencaminado: el tiempo de digitalizaci\u00f3n de cada empresa variar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de su entorno y de su tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas peque\u00f1as (aut\u00f3nomos\u00a0y micropymes) lo tienen m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil porque sus procesos son m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos. Tambi\u00e9n aquellas que habiten un sector con alto grado de digitalizaci\u00f3n ya que su propio entorno las obliga si quieren sobrevivir. Para \u00e9stas los <strong>30 a\u00f1os<\/strong> suena exagerado porque ya lo est\u00e1n viviendo, en mayor o menor medida.<\/p>\n<p>Pero las grandes empresas siguen otro tempo, y se las necesita\u00a0para que repercuta en el PIB de un pa\u00eds. Con suerte ya desde marketing o su agencia de turno intentan venderle al director general de turno que existen nuevos canales para acercarse a los clientes. Pero hasta que no se de cuenta por s\u00ed mismo, la digitalizaci\u00f3n social no estar\u00e1 consolida. \u00bfTiempo estimado? Lo has acertado, <strong>30 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Gen\u00eds ha sabido bajarnos de la nube pero de alguna manera tambi\u00e9n nos ha motivado a seguir\u00a0minando poco\u00a0a poco las empresas para intentar acelerar el tiempo de espera&#8230; y sacar tambi\u00e9n nosotros rendimiendo&#8230; antes de <strong>30 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El formato del Crosstalent no permite grandes charlas del invitado.
