Cada marca con su estrategia, m\u00e1s o menos diferente, hace que su comunicaci\u00f3n sea, m\u00e1s o menos, diferente a la de su competencia.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos decir que hay tres estrategias de diferenciaci\u00f3n: 1\/ apelar a las <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2006\/03\/ad-potenciando-los-sentidos.html\">caracter\u00edsticas del producto<\/a> (reales o no, nunca se puede saber hasta que compras), 2\/ buscar qu\u00e9 hace la <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2006\/04\/ad-la-infidelidad-vende.html\">competencia<\/a> (Don Simon se est\u00e1 especializando en este tipo de \u00abataques\u00bb) y 3\/ recurrir directamente al target para conocer sus <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2006\/05\/ad-la-bsqueda-de-la-felicidad.html\">necesidades<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2005\/06\/ad-cuando-anuncian-tu-vida.html\">inspirarse<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, el primero te dir\u00e1 lo bueno que son unas galletas para el colesterol, el segundo te dir\u00e1 que ahora lo que te hace sentir bien es el \u00abvete-a-saber\u00bb y no el \u00abque-usa-el-otro\u00bb y el tercero te dir\u00e1 que comer galletas es un estilo de vida.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es, en teor\u00eda, un recurso totalmente objetivo as\u00ed que si sale un m\u00e9dico o especialista a\u00fan mejor, m\u00e1s creible. El segundo suele ser un recurso o muy directo (con pruebas objetivas reales) o muy sutil (para evitar demandas hay que usar la subjetividad), en cualquier caso suele ser un tipo de publicidad bastante agresiva. En el tercero entra en juego la psicolog\u00eda, es totalmente subjetivo.<\/p>\n<p>En el primero se busca estar en el top of mind. En el segundo quitar a la competencia del medio.
