En los zumos refrigerados puede encontrar entre las variedades de Pascual, su zumo con az\u00facar a\u00f1adido&#8230;o zumo Don Sim\u00f3n 100% natural, sin a\u00f1adirle nada. Don Sim\u00f3n, solo puro zumo exprimido<\/em>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>El motivo de la denuncia de Pascual era que\u00a0se estaba dando una imagen denigrante y explotaba su prestigio en beneficio de Don Sim\u00f3n, infringiendo por\u00a0tanto\u00a0las <strong>normas de publicidad comparada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pues bien, finalmente Autocontrol, el organismo de autorregulaci\u00f3n publicitaria, ha considerado que Pascual no sale perjudicado del spot porque no es denigrante sino verdad que lleve az\u00facar a\u00f1adido, pero que Don Sim\u00f3n no es en realidad 100% natural por el tratamiento que dan al producto.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, <strong>Don Sim\u00f3n deber\u00e1 retirar, al menos, el slogan \u00ab100% natural\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Como consumidora habitual de zumos (si yo no soy el target, no s\u00e9 qui\u00e9n lo puede ser), encuentro esta estrategia de Don Sim\u00f3n\u00a0que lleva un tiempo\u00a0usando con <a href=\"http:\/\/es.youtube.com\/watch?v=XBtye9_DuEY\" target=\"_blank\">otras marcas<\/a> demasiado agresiva e innecesaria.\u00a0La idea final es\u00a0&#8216;mira qu\u00e9 compras que lo m\u00edo es mejor&#8217;, como cualquier anuncio.\u00a0En telefon\u00eda lo hacen constantemente y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketingdirecto.com\/noticias\/noticia.php?idnoticia=23677&#038;titular=FACUA%20DENUNCIA%20A%20ONO%20POR%20PUBLICIDAD%20ENGA%C3%91OSA\" target=\"_blank\">tampoco les sale muy bien<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente&#8230; la <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2006\/04\/ad-la-infidelidad-vende.html\">infidelidad vende<\/a> y la <a href=\"http:\/\/downloadingmassmedia.blogspot.com\/2005\/05\/ad-la-letra-pequea.html\">letra peque\u00f1a<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leo en El Peri\u00f3dico de ayer que Don Sim\u00f3n ha perdido la \u00faltima batalla publicitaria contra Pascual\u00a0y tambi\u00e9n Marketing news lo comenta hoy.
